Love cooking and making a difference? Fairview Lake YMCA Camps is seeking an experienced Cook to help prepare nutritious, delicious meals for campers, guests, and staff in a fun and mission-driven environment. Responsibilities include meal preparation, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, managing portions and food quality, and supporting the daily operations of our camp kitchen. Qualified candidates should have at least three years of cooking experience in an institutional, camp, or high-volume kitchen setting and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Most weekends are required, with a regular schedule that includes a 6:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. shift on weekends and a 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. shift on Mondays; two additional weekly shifts are flexible.
